Tighe Bullock is a (re)developer and lawyer who has spent the last 15 years restoring historic buildings and providing mixed use space for local businesses and tenants. Mr. Bullock has helped create over 70 permanent jobs through +15 businesses while restoring  10 historic buildings in Charleston, West Virginia. Mr. Bullock serves on town council in his hometown of Thurmond, West Virginia. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast, white water raft guide, ski instructor, climber, and hiker.
