Chad Rogers

Chad Rogers is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in medical device technology, early stage startup management, and venture capital. Chad founded TypeZero Technologies, Inc. in 2013 and has led seven successful startups throughout the course of his career as an investor, consultant, and corporate executive. In 2018, Chad led the successful acquisition of TypeZero by medical device company Dexcom (DXCM), a leader in continuous glucose monitoring technology. In his current role for the combined company, Chad leads the division associated with algorithm development and biophysiological modeling as well as strategic planning and business development. Prior to TypeZero, Chad held executive/senior roles with Hemosonics, Aliph/Jawbone, Fundamental Capital, Maywick Capital, Axiomatic and Intertrust Technologies. Chad completed his MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Chad lives with his wife and two children in Charlottesville, Virginia.
