Shannon is a Virginia gal through-and-through.  Originally from Alexandria; she came to Charlottesville in 1998 and spent her formative years working in area bars and restaurants.  She moved to Richmond in 2008 to complete a degree in Art History at VCU with a focus on Street Art & Graffiti.  She then took her talents to Norfolk to build their ‘NEON’ Arts District, and while there, began working for breweries and fell in love with a local Brewer.  Shannon came back to C’ville with her beau in 2016; the mountains were calling.  She became Cicerone Beer certified and returned to bar life where her love of art and food came together to create “crushable cocktails” that folks at Peloton Station have come to crave.
