Carrie Meslar has worked in the Food and Beverage industry for over 20 years, including previous stints as the bar manager of Tigerlily in Edinburgh, Scotland and locally as the bar manager for Lost Saint. She is currently the Managing Director for the Elysium Honey Company and a Brand Development Manager for Altamar Brands, a boutique spirits importer.
