Virginia Council for CEOs Roundtables
Peer Roundtables are a key to success for many small and mid-sized business CEOs. More than 250 Virginia CEOs participate in roundtables organized by the Virginia Council of CEOs, learning and growing through disciplined monthly meetings with their own small group of trusted peers. Council members will facilitate roundtables at Tom Tom for participating CEOs, giving them a chance to experience the power of these learning groups.

CEO Roundtables are a perfect forum to test new ideas, solve problems and learn from others who share your experiences. There’s nothing to prepare, just come ready to engage, share and learn from others in this safe and confidential environment. Roundtable members often connect authentically, resulting in new relationships that last beyond the day.

For this roundtable experience, we welcome anyone who leads a business with 5 or more employees.
