Cellphone required Carte Blanche Performance, an immersive Dance-Theatre company, presents a new work,
Social Dance, as a meditation on current social interactions in public space, researching questions of belonging, integration, isolation and the significance of connection in our socially changing landscape of technology. Additionally, Abel Okugawa will provide a live electronic soundscape in conjunction.
The cast consists of performers & audience members. Audience can sign-up to be part of the immersive experience or as an observer. Those who sign-up for the immersive experience will be given a white coverall suit and the rest will be revealed during the performance. No prior movement experience needed.
