Part of the Community Workshop Series

F.L.A.G. workshops are hosted by martial artists Sally Rose & Joshua Copson. Join us for a Women's Self Defense seminar by registering below. Although we are aiming to primarily instruct those in the femme folx community, this is a nondiscriminatory safe space where all ages (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult) and genders are welcome. Our mission is to teach women how to defend themselves and walk without fear. We will have discussions on strategies, fears, hopes, and goals. The workshops focus on simple, efficient and effective self-defense techniques to apply in real life situations. You need this ticket from Eventbrite to sign up: Free Festival Pass.
