Part of the Community Workshop Series

The North American Sake Brewery is Virginia's first and only sake producer. Come learn firsthand about one of the oldest drinks known to humankind. We will walk participants through sake's ancient Japanese roots and show everyone how we make it with a modern twist right here in Charlottesville, using American made and sourced ingredients. Then, we will teach you a simple recipe to make sake at home, and, of course, taste some delicious sakes we made!

Note: there is a $10 supplies fee at the door.
