Cities around the world are using data to generate insights and address key community challenges. Drawing on best practices from successful performance analytics programs, this workshop will walk participants through a framework designed to help city leaders take a data-driven approach to solving city problems. GovEx will share concrete examples from cities around the world.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Define the components of one standard analytical framework
- Develop a problem statement Identify the elements of an analytics plan
- Identify the elements of an analytics plan
- Apply an analytical approach to problem solving
