SLATE POLITICAL GABFEST ($35 GA, $120 VIP)
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for the live show. Join Emily Bazelon of the New York Times Magazine, John Dickerson of CBS This Morning, and David Plotz of Atlas Obscura live at the Tom Tom Festival in Charlottesville as they discuss today’s politics and current events. Fans of the Gabfest have a special opportunity to purchase Emily's new book, Charged: The New Movement to Transform American Prosecution and End Mass Incarceration, and have it signed after the show.

VIP Ticket holders are also invited to a pre-show cocktail hour with the hosts from 5–6 p.m. Those who purchase the ticket package will receive one complimentary drink with the hosts beforehand and select seating at the show.
